JASON looked after us from sales to installation. It has been two years since we had this new door installed. It is easy to clean the tinted windows and it is well installed for the winter months. We are so please with the quality and the esthetics of our door.

Jason was great to work with. Quick to schedule an install, explained all the options and was tidy. Gave some great recommendations. Would 100% hire again or recommend to anyone.

We wanted to find Garage Doors that were a Grey colour and not the usual White. Jason was the only company that could provide them at a reasonable price, and the service was OUTSTANDING! If we ever need any repairs to our garage opener, which we already owned, we would call City Wide without hesitation.

From the start, Jason was easy to work with, answered all questions I had, sent me plenty of photos of designs, etc.

Install went without a hitch, although the inside window inserts were incorrect, but he will be coming to swap them out in a week.

Fred & Jason were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had issues with both of our garage door openers (the gears were stripped after many years of use) as well as the key pad entry and both remotes. Each task was addressed and are now fixed and working properly at a fair rate. Fred even said that he stands behind his work and gave us a 3 year guarantee. Jason was easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would. The Garage door we chose was a black flat door with frosted windows on the right side! Gorgeous! We had to wait a few weeks for the capping to get done but it was worth the wait. The black capping finishes it off beautifully! I cant believe how much beauty its added to our home. I would definitely recommend them!

We are very happy with the service and the job done. We were looking to replace our garage doors and contacted a few companies last Fall. Jason and his dad were very patient and knowledgeable. Our garage has non standard size and required a non standard approach. Jason provided a few options and worked with me to narrow down the design choices for the doors and for the motor.

My mother required a new garage door. Jason was very patient as I went back and forth with her to make up her mind about windows or no windows. We choose no windows and the door looks great. It's insulated so it's also very quiet. I will call on city wide in the future when I replace my doors as well.
