PRO FLO Drainage & Landscape Construction

John and his team have done a great job from start to finish.

We originally hired Pro Flo to resolve water leaking into the basement. John reviewed the site and produced a clear estimate. The nature of the project it ran from late Fall and Winter. It took some time as it is weather dependent mostly such timing to pour concrete, etc.

Each stage was completed in a professional manner to keep the job site safe and secure with minimal disruption. The work was completed and coordinated so that we had suitable house access and no interference with another trade I had on site doing unrelated work in some of the same area. At the end of every day's work the site was cleaned, loose fill covered against weather, unsafe areas marked and closed off, temporary fencing setup to prevent dog from getting out, walks and driveway swept.

John was thorough, professional and his pleasant manner was evident with the respectful and thoroughness of the rest of the crew.

After the perimeter drains (posted cost was for drainage work only) we decided to to go ahead with further additional work from John to landscape a raised area in our back yard that was sorely neglected. With a new retaining wall, fill, grading. laying turf and new fencing it looks terrific. We will get good use out of this recovered space.

And I have now requested a new quote from Pro Flo for a smaller job to resolve annoying issue with an area at my driveway.
