Caring, considerate and efficient
Vlad came to repair our dishwasher that had an error code and burning smell.
He not only found that the heating element wasn't functioning, but also checked the panel just to make sure that he had followed the problem to the source, and sure enough, he found burnt wires, insulation, and melted relays.
We talked through our options for repair or replacement with him and was fair in his analysis of the situation. We came to the same conclusion as him which was to replace the dishwasher instead of the labour and parts to replace it given the issue. He returned parts he had picked up for the job and didn't charge us for them which we much appreciated.
He asked for towels/containers for water when needed. Cleaned up any water from the floor and was careful not to damage the unit or anything around it.
