I purchased two custom windows and two custom doors from this company. They offered a reasonable delivery date which they could not meet. 6 months later, the units arrived. One window was produced incorrectly, even though shop drawings were supplied. One door has paint issues and should have never passed quality control at the factory. 4 months later and they cannot provide a date as to when the window or door will be replaced. They promise to keep me updated yet I have to reach out to them a dozen times before I get any response. Would not recommend this company.
