Clementine Pool and Spa

We hired Clementine and spent months planning the pool and gave a 20k deposit. Our contract stated our pool would start on June 1st and complete 10 days after and we have not heard back from Clementine in over 2 weeks. We have no idea what is going on or if the pool will ever be started. We called the city, and no permits were ever submitted or paid for our project. We paid the deposit on Visa and requested Visa do a chargeback as there is zero communication about our project. We had a deck and hot tub before the project and removed everything for the start date of the pool. The pool never started there are no materials no holes no revised contract or revised timelines nothing just every day when we ask for status, we are told it is tomorrow, this has caused serious health issues and stress. The constant calls and emails and texts that go unanswered have put our family under great stress and I had an anxiety attack that I thought was a heart attack. I am hoping this review will make the company resolve our issues and stop the constant run-around. We will update if anything changes but currently we have a failed contract and no answers or timelines.
