I called Inception Landscaping to remove an old gazebo and install a new one. They were very punctual and professional and did an excellent job. At the end of the project my backyard was left clean. Very happy with the team.

The inception landscape team was very professional from the assessment of the property to the execution of the work. Very pleased with the work they did. As well any issues that came up from us were always addressed and fixed by their team.

The moment I contacted Inception Landscaping, I knew I was in good hands and that they could be trusted, a feeling you dont often get these days. The work was to include a backyard patio, garden wall, walkways, and two gates.

Ling and Fiona came by twice to give me an estimate and to answer questions and help choose the materials. They were very knowledgeable and so friendly and pleasant to deal with.

They started the job earlier than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. The crew was here at 8:00 each morning and they worked until dark. They were unable to get machinery into my backyard so everything was done by hand. They worked unbelievably hard, they were so professional, and they did an amazing job.

Ling was always around to oversee things and she often called me outside to confirm decisions. I was always kept informed. The job was completed in just under 3 days and the cleanup was superb.

I cant tell you how happy I am with the work they have done. Ling told me that she feels she has the best crew out there and I totally believe that. They did an amazing job and I will definitely use them again.

I have had several people in to see the work they did and they all have had nothing but good things to say about the job and the crews attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any type of landscaping done. They can do anything and they will do it well!

The landscaping (interlocking bricks) was done very well. Job was completed very quickly and done very well.

At the beginning of the year we began sourcing quotes for a full re-landscaping of our front and backyard along with the walkway down the side of the house. The work involved had a number of key elements to it such as patio paving, driveway, dividing fence, 9 privacy screen, stone entry steps and a circular artificial turf area.

Many of the companies were difficult to even get quotes from let alone visual designs. That was. Ot the case with Inception. Ling and Fiona showed up, a couple of days after we made contact and spent the time necessary to fully understand our vision, make excellent recommendations based on their experience, perform all the necessary measurements to provide us with a comprehensive quote and visual designs (free of charge). This gave us an excellent idea of what the finished product would look like.

We decided to move forward and from start to finish Ling and Fiona were there to hand hold us through the whole process from material selection to finishing touches.

Their team arrived to start work and we just could not believe the professionalism and relentless pace that they worked at in what had to be the hottest days of the summer thus far.

As with all jobs of this scale there were unknown hurdles that came up but Ling demonstrated great flexibility and ensured all were resolved to our satisfaction.

Fast forward four and a half days and the entire job was complete and looking just like the renderings. We could not be happier with the finished product and absolutely love spending time in our back yard now.

If I had it to do again I would definitely choose Inception!

About a year ago I was driving in my neighborhood and I saw Inception in action. They did a fence and beautiful stone work stairs and a retaining wall. I sat for awhile in my car and watched two amazing workers do their job. It was a huge job and a few days later they were done and WOW. I saw the home owner and he said he was totally satisfied with the result and I couldn't agree more. I got Inception's phone number, I waited over the winter to see if there was any problem and everything was the same as the day they did the work. We called left a message and a few minutes later got a call back. With in a matter of a few hours Fiona and Ling were at our house. We discussed every thing I wanted done and was quoted a suitable price and I signed the contract. I usually contact several companies for quotes but I knew that I didn't need that they were the ones. They gave me a timeframe for my project to begin and started when they said they would. What their two workers did in the two days was truly amazing . They worked incredibly long hours and their work was exceptional. I have had the neighbors visit and one was a master carpenter and designer. His remarks Outstanding Job. So thank you Inception for making our yard a beautiful creation.

Ling and her team at Inception Landscaping were incredible. Ling created a 3-D vision for us, which guided all of their work. Every thing they did was very professional: the prep work for installing the walls and patio was excellent, the attention to detail was impressive, and their daily clean-up kept us and our neighbours very happy. A final note is that they did the job on time, dealing quickly and efficiently with problems and challenges when they arose. We could not have asked for better service and without a doubt they are the best company we have ever hired in the 20 plus years we have lived here.
