New window experience with this company was great. Dave came in to do the initial assessment and we were very comfortable dealing with him. The installers were amazing while they were here. The whole experience was very easy and fast. Windows look amazing and very happy with them.

After struggling to close our stiff, old sliding door for much too long we decided it was time to make a change. We kept hearing about Jerry from Jerry's Windows and Doors (Consumer Direct Windows and Doors) and how amazing the products were so we decided to give him a call. We selected the most gorgeous sliding doors with great security features and built in blinds. We had a slight issue with the wrong handle being installed but it was remedied promptly without any issue. They also did some capping work for us on some faux windows. Our house is so much brighter and it really improved the space. We will not hesitate to call them for future projects. Pricing was also reasonable. We are very happy.

We chose Consumer Direct to replace our poorly designed back garden doors with a bright new slider. We are very happy with the results and the whole process of buying and installing the door.
