The basement is not horrible but for me it’s in the details. Stairs were not sanded and painted well. Gap between the window and frame. They said they can not fix. I found someone else to fix it. Paint spattered over the floor did not take the time to wipe it off. Bit like I said the basement is not horrible. If you are a person that pays attention to detail like me I would find another company.

I'm was not sure if you were unhappy about couple of things, My bad maybe some kind miscommunication. That's the reason I took walk with you and also showed you the basement for any thing you wanted us to fix before hand over,. Our apologies if I missed understood anything or mis fixing some thing which needed fixing . Happy to rectify anything which is concerning. We did extra sockets and AC vent & Return vent so that you get better circulation of air .This was at no extra cost.We try our best to make customer happy, Unfortunately we can't make every one.Happy to take constructive feedback and act on it. Our goal is to make the customers satisfied and happy. We treat them as family and we are still willing to fix anything unresolved . Always at your service 😊
