Shoddy work re fence repair. Boards barely attached, rotting and split boards reused when permission given to purchase new. Spacing between boards inconsistent and the fence line was crooked - some boards higher, some lower. Wrong type of screws used etc. In short, it was a mess. We had to hire a second contractor to repair the whole thing. When this was pointed out to Andrew (with pictures and repair invoice from second contractor included) the response was "sorry to hear you were not happy with the project" and nothing further. Did not even acknowledge or admit that his work was a disaster. Very disappointing and would recommend to no one.

Not only is Andrew creative and meticulous in his attention to detail, but he's also a super friendly person to do business with. For any future landscaping I need, I will be contacting Andrew.

Work completed:
- rock garden in front yard
- metal downspout arbour
- new tree planted
- sod in backyard

I had a hard time finding somebody to do the work on my wall. I called Andrew and he was friendly and honest with me. He told me about the problems that they might encounter with the project. I booked him and he showed up on time. Andrew and his crew worked hard and finished the project ahead of schedule. Because they finished quicker than they thought they would, they gave me a discount! I couldn't be happier with the work they did. I would hire them again if I ever needed their help.

Northmen did a fantastic job on our patio stone. The quote was reasonable, the work was efficient, and what sets Northmen apart is the professionalism of the crew. From quote through work completion they were clean and neat, and more organized than others I’ve seen in the industry.
