I highly recommended MountainView Windows and Doors. Zack, the owner, was personally involved in every step of the process, from coming out to provide the estimate, to installing the windows himself with his crew, to processing the payments and providing receipts. What truly sets this company apart is:
1. Quality and Affordability: High-quality windows and meticulous installations at a reasonable price.
2. Timely Service: Mobilize to do the installations earlier than what was original promised.
3. Willing to switch to a different window manufacturer.
4. Attention to seal (flash) the windows properly. Making sure the new tapes are tied back to the existing building wrapping paper.
5. Installion of metal caps with wood grain pattern on top on exterior window wooden trim so they become maintenance free.
6. Thorough caulk joints both interiorly and exteriorly.
7. Did the interior window trimming professinally such as mitre cut, covering nail holes, back cutting trim for installing over existing tiles.
8. Zack and his crew were always polite and willing to answer questions.
9. Started and completed few windows installations at a time so that the rooms can be reoccupied by the end of the day.
10. Thorough cleaned up at the end of each day.

The windows have now been installed for 3 months. And the windows performs well at -20C, no condensation. And approved for getting some rebate back from the Canada Greener Home Grant.
