Their team is very positive and energetic. We had them manage the construction of our new home and they did their best to accommodate our changes, gave us solutions and alternatives to fit our budget, and made time to meet and communicate with us regularly. I would recommend them if you are looking for a young creative team.

Writing this review for the work done in my house a few years back. I hired MERSHIRE to build a classic library and upgrade the family room, railing, etc in my house. They put the time to get the designs to what I like and involved me in the process. Execution was clean and very close to the renderings. All in all, a good experience.

We started building our house with a builder that we had many many issues with. We were thinking of hiring someone else almost from the beginning. After searching for a while we decided to terminate in the middle of framing and go with Mehrdad. He was the most approachable and upfront builder we talked to. Easy to work and communicate with.
After the terrible experience we had previously, I’m glad we found him to finish our house. Some time was spent on redoing previous work but we are we happy with the how it turned out.

Hired them to remodel the whole interior of an investment house we bought.
Hassle-free and straightforward guys and they delivered good work. I would hire them again and recommend them to friends.

We recently bought a large property and we were debating whether to renovate it keeping only the structure or build a new home.

Same as every construction project there were a lot of decisions to be made and hurdles to overcome but Marshall helped us through all of it from the permit stage until the final touch ups. He would patiently and enthusiastically walk us through what needs to be done.

Me and my wife hired Mershire to build our house back in 2017 and I was happy to write a review when Mehrdad asked me.
We were very pleased with their work and dedication. I did have an issue with one of our kitchen tiles a few years later but they quickly came and took care of it only a few days after I called.

We interviewed a few builders before meeting Mehrdad. His knowledge of buildings was apparent in our first meeting. He walked us through the process and answered all our questions. All in all, he made us feel comfortable.
His trades were very polite and respectful. No project is entirely smooth but I was fortunate to have a builder who cares about our project. He made sure we were fully involved and worked around our requests.
They delivered on their promise; we are truly happy with them.

They were very patient with us from the beginning, walking us through the process and informing us of the details we should be aware of. had multiple calls and meetings before signing with them.
They were transparent and very hands on since the beginning and made the process very easy for us.
We got the home we had in mind.
