MTA Limited had completed our original backyard interlocking patio. This year we increased our patio square footage and added a bar to our gazebo. We are very happy with the work that MTA Limited performs. Pricing is fair, and the quality is over the top.

Tom and his team were fantastic to work with on my complete bathroom gut job. I was consistently updated with their progress, findings, and how they were going to adjust plans if needed. All of my ideas were brought to life and completed within a timely manner. When I experienced an issue a few days after project completion, Tom was there first thing the next morning to fix it, saving me an expensive plumbing bill. 10/10 customer service.

We are so pleased with MTA and very happy we were able to secure them to complete our new house renovations during this time. Their workmanship is amazing paired with their professionalism makes for a great team to work with. All work was done in a timely manner and done within our budget. It was great to have someone with experience and someone we could trust with a such a big project.

We needed to set up a patio area for our gazebo as well as a concrete slab for the future hot tub. Tom & his crew did the work exactly to our specifications, on time and within our budget. His team were super professional, went above and beyond to explain everything including tips on maintenance, and in the end left the area spotless. Will definitely use them for future projects!

We had flagstone in the back but too much maintenance, Tom was able to repurpose the flagstone and replace the main area with pavers :) Can’t wait to add the foliage and plants next year !

I hired MTA to remodel my master ensuite shower and they did an amazing job. They are not only professional but very detailed work. We hired MTA eight years ago to put down an almost 2000 square foot patio, with different levels and patterns. To this day, none of the stonework has shifted so much as a 1/4”. Not only did MTA give us a beautiful finished product, but they made the whole experience painless and exciting. They really listened to us when it came to what we wanted, and then went the extra mile making suggestions of their own, which we were thankful for because they did things we didn’t know were possible. The most important qualities to look for when hiring a company to do a job are trust and honesty. MTA ltd screams both of these! I put a complete home renovation in the hands and MTA and they ran with it. Let me paint the picture for you. I live in Innisfil, the house that was getting renovated was located in Brampton. Appx 1 hour drive each way. I met with MTA, I share my views and ideas with them, they had many great recommendations that we included in the house and we went over the budget. This reno was both inside the house and outside landscaping. So imaging how many contractors you would need to complete this project. With MTA, I only needed one. Once the budget was set, the times were booked, I had the piece of mind of only having to drive to the Brampton house once a week. With MTA the communication was awesome, daily updates, questions and answers in real-time, just peace of mind. To close off this review I leave you with a little something to thing about. The project was ahead of schedule, was just under budget, and they found my wife's grandmother's engagement ring while they were in the demolition stage of the project. The TRUST and HONESTY was amazing. I recommend MTA because they stand behind their quotes and craftmanship. I'm happy to give a review to anyone that wants to here more.
