Railings review in

Dont go with this company this is all farce, Gari was very nice giving a quote to install railings for my townhome. Paid 50%( 2000$) of the job for material, but then for a month he comes up with a reason or other without starting the iob. He stopped picking calls or messages inspite of my daily follow ups. I regret the decision to go with this contractor .Supposedly 2 day job , is not even started aftet 1 month. Now i am in fix how get him pay the money back.
