Premier Lawn and Landscape

Dylan and his team landscaped our home, front and back, both interlock and soft scape, in July 2022. We were impressed by their professionalism, including their attention to detail and their commitment to getting the job done well while sticking to timelines. Unlike many of the landscapers we contacted for an initial site visit and estimate, Dylan followed up immediately, providing us with great ideas and advice for the project, as well as a detailed breakdown of the costs. He also made his team available to begin work within 8 weeks time. His team carried out the project while we were abroad, but Dylan was in constant virtual contact to provide updates and seek our views when necessary. His team purchased all supplies and plants. His team also left our property in pristine condition. Everything was completed on time. Dylan was conscientious about following up with us on a couple of outstanding items. We can strongly recommend Dylan and his team.

Dylan and his crew were courteous and worked diligently towards completing the service within a day. I was kept informed throughout the job and consulted when need be. Im very pleased with the patio and was impressed by how tidy the crew left my property. I will definitely contract Dylans company for future services.

Inundated by an aggressive weed growth last year late summer, I engaged Premier Lawn and Landscape early this (following) spring to get a handle on the nightmare problem. Dylan was good with advising what he thinks need get done so we chalked up a plan which included a flower bed at the front, stone bed in the back where grasses dont grow and heavy lawn operations(dethatching, mowing, bagging in clippings, aeration, lightly spreading top soil followed by thick application of grass seeds and fertilizer) on the remainder of the yard. Work upon completion needs time to see the full results too early to tell.
Dylan and team were on schedule as per agreement. Communication and interactions from Dylan was very professional all throughout. He made sure to write follow up instructions for upkeep.
As for criticism I would say estimates of materials were off roughly by 50%. Excess of stones and mulch later needed to be dumped while the lawn restoration work fell short on top soil. Room for improvement to be efficient and save wastage(=translates in $ /estimates).
Overall the amount of work that went in to the ground was unbelievable and Dylan was quick to accommodate all requests.

Dylan did a good job. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. Both me and my neighbour are very happy with the job he did.

Premier's owner, Dylan and his crew were amazing to deal with. He gave me some excellent advice on how to deal with my landscaping issues as well as putting my mind at ease that my weed ridden backyard could be repaired. His services and prices were transparent and very fair and he went above and beyond in everything that he did. Dylan's knowledge of lawn repair and maintenance was and is comprehensive and his enthusiasm and dedication to the job are outstanding. I now love my backyard and would highly recommend Premier to anyone who needs any type of outdoor fix and/or beautifying.

The sod is great and the grading of my yard is way better now. But what sets Dylan and crew apart is the conscientiousness of their work. The hoses were wrapped up at the end of the day, the tools were tidied, and the dirt all swept up. I didn't have to worry or monitor them because it was clear they were going to get the job done.
Even when delivery schedules were bonkers, Dylan rolled with the punches and still managed to finish everything on time.

The lawn looks amazing and I would happily hire them anytime.

very beautiful! Dylan was able to follow through exactly as I visualized the garden bed to be. Patio design is actually very artistic. Beautifully done. Should have gone a little bigger perhaps, it's so beautiful.

Dylan was quite pleasant to work with and made sure we knew all the next steps needed to get our hedges back to a good state. He was very meticulous in terms of providing details on what would be done to our hedges and even offered to provide advice on our lawn as we were in the process of getting our lawn reseeded.

Overall I am quite satisfied and would recommend Premier Lawn and Landscape to anyone!

The owner is a perfectionist and his communication skills are excellent. The job was done well and on time. In fact, he actually did more than the job called for.
