Stairs renovation and staining
Chris came to our house for old stairs removal and replaced them with the new ones. He stained the side rails which perfectly matched with the new hardwood floor landing and stairs. He was very punctual and always showed up on time to start work. Before he left, he made sure to vacuum the area of work as much as he could. His handywork with his tools are very efficinent and overall we were satisfied
Areas of improvement: our baseboards/ pellmets were not put in place. It was left unfinished which we had to do
ourself; we dont have proper tools, so it took us 5 days to cut them, measure them and put them in. Thats the reason for 4 stars.

The baseboard I took off from the landing was very old and they came of in bits and pieces, but the customer and I never discussed replacing baseboard and shoe moulding!
However they were excellent to work with , clear communication is very important to a smooth start and ending!
