We had some shingles blown off our roof on a new home after a bad wind storm. The repair was done under home warranty and all the required paperwork and scheduling was promptly done by Itz Roofing Ltd. We are very happy with the work done by Itz Roofing. They were prompt with inspecting the roof and giving us a quote. They had very competitive pricing to the other quotes we received. They are very professional and took the time to explain the process and talked about the different types of shingles. They did not put any pressure on us to make a quick decision. The roofing team was great and kept a clean worksite and the the roof looks great. We were pleasantly surprised to get a call from Kyle after a recent wind storm, he had already been over to inspect the roof to make sure we did not have any damage. I had the guys review my roof. It did not need immediate replacement. A few issues were found and they fixed it the next day. Great job and friendly service.
I was given an estimate for the replacement of my roof and the repair cost would be deducted from that once I go ahead with the work.

I highly recommend ITZ Roofing for all your roofing needs. The price was very competitive with no hidden charges. They were very thorough and professional from start to finish. They even did painting touch-ups on our chimney flue housing wood frame and likewise applied sealant on eavestrough joints with no additional charges. They took lots of pictures and explained exactly what they were doing. The online portal showing before and after pictures was very informative especially for us that doesn't have a courage to go up there. It was not the best weather when they did the roof replacement, and we appreciate their work effort to finish on time. Thanks ITZ roofing for a job well done!.

The entire process of working with the team at Itz Roofing has been great! The recent wind storm in January 2021 caused our yard to be littered with shingles from our home and many neighbours.

They took lots of pictures to highlight everything that needed repair, along with photos and documentation highlighting the work completed.

This spring it will be time to re-shingle and we will only have to make one call to Itz Roofing cause they have shown they are industry leaders..

My insurance paid for part of the replacement and its roofing delt directly with them. Everything was done quickly and they cleaned up after the job was completed. Very happy with their work.

I had my asphalt shingles done by Itz roofing about a year ago. Kyle came out to do my initial consultation and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He pointed out some soft spots on my roof that would need to have the sheeting replaced as well as around a couple vents. He also pointed out that I would need some more venting for my attic to have the proper circulation. Since then I have gone through all four seasons and I can say the quality of workmanship shows. My roof has no bare patches of snow in the winter like it used to due to lack of circulation and it looks amazing. I had a couple other companies provide me with an estimate and Itz roofing came right in the middle. I am happy I paid the extra to get them as I feel I got it back in value. I would use Itz roofing again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!!
