Ali and his colleagues were incredibly diligent and went through the whole system to diagnose the issue. He was also kind enough to explain each step to us as we watched in anticipation.
Unfortunately the problem we were having required more than a quick fix but sure enough he had more solutions to make sure it was addressed as soon as possible.
If you're looking for someone who makes your problems his own personal problems and goes at them with a vengeance, this is your guy.
