Usiek Construction

We were so excited to finally find our home in Clarkson, Mississauga. The home had that 70's look and was in need of an update. We had a tight timeline of 2+ months to get it all done! We had hired a number of contractors to work on various parts of the house in order to meet the timeline. Ted from Usiek construction was our general contractor, leading the reno of all the bedrooms, family room, living room...etc. Essentially everything except for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms, which we had another contractor working on. The kitchen and bathrooms were essential, as our move into the house was really dependent on those being complete. However, through a series of comedies of errors, things were falling way behind. This is where Ted and his team stepped up. He actually took charge and his team stepped to help us get back on track. We ended up letting go the other contractors, as the quality and attention to detail was lacking. Ted and his team took over and did a phenomenal job in completing the reno. We are so happy with the end result and love our home.
