Farid failed to respond to the city councilor, ignored city emails, and did not provide required documents like the site survey and proper site plan. August 2022 he requested for more money $3160. He was given that amount. As of June 2023, zoning has not been obtained, and Farid is unresponsive to phone calls and city inquiries. He also lacks proper grading measurements, which are essential for such applications.
