Thank you for transforming our basement from boring, cold and dreadful to a family getaway. It is now a multifunctional space for every member of our family. Pine Park Renovations was a pleasure to work with and accomodating to all our questions. It was a smooth experience from the beginning to the end. Due to their experience and expertise, they were able to show alternative options to help us stay within budget. And to top it all off, they treated my home and family with respect and care. Brett and Luke were amazing to work with. They really brought our vision to life. Their attention to detail and frequent check-ins made us feel extremely comfortable as well as excited about them completing our fireplace surround. They were professional, timely and on budget! Brett did a meticulous job sanding and re-staining our back deck. His attention to detail and craftsmanship was outstanding. We are extremely happy with the end result and will use his services again in the future.

Excellent workmanship, took the extra time to explain and layout the plan, materials and costs, job completed on time with a spotless cleanup. Requested approval to increase the quoted amount for more material, showed and explained the need for additional material, everything was was very transparent and upfront.

Pine Park committed to working with us on the promise of future large projects. In the short term they’ve replaced a patio door, re-finished a wall after plumbing work, and hung existing and custom interior doors. Their work was professional and very well done with nearly no mess left behind.

Brett is also willing to discuss and consult on future plans to offer guidance before committing to a project. We’ve had to rethink our plans and adjust timelines. They have been more than flexible in working with us. We look forward to our future projects together.
