Assured Basements

These guys developed our basement over a year ago and we haven’t had any issues what so ever. The one thing that stood out and impressed us was the communication. They constantly kept us in the loop and we never had an issue getting a hold of the team. They use a very nice client software called Builder Trend which updates all the calendars, gant schedules and pretty much everything about our renovation. Pretty flawless experience I must say, we recommend them to everybody!

We are please to hire Assured Basements to do this project as we were on a budget. We are handy people and can finish the job on our own. We hired them for the Basement Shell Solution. Assured Basements did all the heavy lifting. They did all the Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC Drops, Boarding of Drywall, Taping, Mudding and all I had to do was finish the job on on my own time. Me and my brothers finished the paint, Trim, Floors, Tiling and the stairs ourselves. If you are handy and on a budget I recommend this program at Assured Basements as they are the only ones offering it and its unique.

We hired Assured Basements to do a secondary suite for us in Guelph. From Start to finish the process was smooth and Assured Basements took care of all the necessary work including permits, architectural drawings as well as all the work that needed to be done. The Estimator was very well versed in understanding scope requirements of code for what needed to be done. The process took a total of two months. All the egress windows, fire rated doors, walkout and sprinkler system in furnace room were all done to code as by city’s requirement. We also love the kitchen that They offered us as they have lots of cabinet selections and counter top selections. Overall We recommend Assured Basements for this renovation.

I am thrilled and very glad at the way our new basement completed by Assured Basements turned out to be. Assured basements have done a fabulous job. Starting with the detailed scope evaluation and estimation by Mike, meticulous planning by Ryan and his team in charting out the schedule, it has been a very enjoyable journey all along the way. Myself and my wife can attest to the fact, that they have done a great job in optimizing the space. Now our kids are happy that they have some extra space for themselves. The contractors who came to work were very slick in adhering to the schedules and the update of the Builder trend app was very timely and helpful.
Mike and Ryan were very helpful in sharing their expertise in choosing best possible choices among the many. Frequent calls to us to see how the job is progressing showed that they were very professional and on top of it.
Overall, we are very satisfied customers and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Assured Basements did a great job on our basement reno. From beginning to end, they were very attentive you our requirements and did an amazing job. Mike, Ryan, Jake and Nathan were all very professional and were able to make adjustments throughout the process.
We are especially pleased with our feature wall. It turned out exactly like we wanted and Ryan was able to figure out the most cost effective way to build it.
They recommended that I do the demo myself to save some money which I did. We found old leaks behind the walls so they suggested sprayfoam insulation which would kill any mold and reduce leaks for the foreseeable future. This increased the cost but I highly recommend it as we could notice right away our basement was warmer on cool days and cooler on hot/humid days.
I would highly recommend Assured basements for your reno.

After reviewing a bunch of contractors, we selected Assured Basements because of these reasons:
1) They were very professional
2) They offer better materials
3) a wide variety of flooring and baseboard selections
4) They don't offer cheap standards unlike other companies

The Assured Basement team was great and did my basement in milton. They were prompt on time and finished the basement in 5 weeks. I highly recommend ryan and his team.

I am amazed by having the Basement Shell solution done by Assured Basements. I met with a bunch of contractors and Assured Basements is one of a kind. The company offered this package where they do all the preliminary work framing, boarding, electrical, plumbing and mudding. I just had to paint, put floors and trim together and off I went. I paid Assured twenty four thousand all in for this service and was able to complete my basement on a budget. I want to thank Nathan, Ashley, Ryan, Hernando and Jake.
