I ended up getting tasked to help my father find someone to finish the basement in his rental property. We almost hired a gentleman off Kijiji but wow are we glad we didn't. After no returned phone calls for several days, and a bunch of scheduling issues, price changes from other contractors. W actually received a flyer in the mail and saw Assured Basements. After meeting with the sales manager we e decided to go through Assured Basements and it was honestly the best decision ever. They did a superb job!
