We're glad our basement renovation is almost over.
Assured Basements renovated our basement. Although we're satisfied with the final results, the process of getting there was unnecessarily difficult. Poor communication (they don't listen), poor supervision (I was the de facto site manager), and the project took weeks longer than promised.
However, to their credit, they got the renovation completed before anyone else was ready to start.
Update: January 2023. Buyer Beware. The flooring Assured Basements installed is falling apart. I've made several complaints by phone, email and in-person. They have ignored my complaints and have not repaired the work. I can NOT recommend this company.
