DO NOT USE - NIGHTMARE COMPANY!

Justin seemed knowledgeable but everything went sideways the entire duration of the project and he refuses to take accountability for the mess he created. I basically paid this company 25K to damage my house! Needed waterproofing and interlock, the first week of the job which was mainly excavating there were already signs of trouble. While excavating their machines hit my eves trough, which needed replacement, the contractor they sent to do the repair (at their expense) did a shotty job, we had to ask him to come back and fix it. After a second time fixing it we still have leakage problems where he did the work and esthetically its barely passable. We are going to have to replace the entire run of eves trough for the front of the house. Also while excavating, they hit the watermain pipe, thankfully that wasn't damaged however, 1 year later we now have discovered that they also hit the clay pipe right next to it causing it to collapse and raw sewage is now backing up into our house, ANOTHER thing we now have to pay for out of pocket to repair! After completing the waterproofing the crew that was backfilling did not compress the soil properly which caused massive sinkage and even after 1 year it continues to sink making the interlock buckle which we will now have to pay to have redone. Also while backfilling the guy driving the machine hit our house chipping the brick in several places one of which actually caused the plaster inside my house to crack. Same guy also tipped the machine over the edge of the trench which ripped out a large section of stucco on the side of our house. The guy didn't even tell us he just left the machine hanging and took off!! These are the more major things that occurred but there was more, such as punctures to the soffit when they were using a pickaxe, half assed installation of window wells that caused flooding into the basement, incorrect installation of vertical weeping tile that ended up getting filled with dirt when backfilling. I expect there to be hiccups when doing projects like this but the fact that whenever something happened, the blame was almost always deflected and they didn't take responsibility for they fallout of their shotty work. Although Justin and his family/crew seem knowledgeable well regarded, I would never recommend getting Siteview to do any work at your house as they will not stand behind their work.
