As a preface, you cannot post a review without proof of service, so this companys lack of accountability should also turn you off. The lack of professionalism and communication from the main office should have sent us to another company. We were wanting a new bay window and were given 3 different installation dates before their crew finally arrived. They were unaware of the facing we had asked for and did it anyway, leaving a mess of a window behind. They had also installed one window bigger than the rest, trying to hide it by putting it in the middle. We were told we would have the job redone and the bigger window replaced. After sending the same crew, we were left with facing that was not the colour we had asked for and although somewhat better than the previous job, still not up to the standards I would have expected for the many positive reviews I had read and the money were be charged. After expressing our discontent the second time, the office manager argued with my husband even claiming that he could not see that the caulking didnt match the facing (see pictures provided). Not sure if peoples standards are so low that their reviews did not actually reflect the workmanship on their particular installations or if the poor treatment and horrible window we were left with was a result of something else!
