We needed are fridge fixed because it wasn't making ice. Tarun figured out the problem over the phone. He was efficient and quick to make the necessary repairs we were very pleased.

Alex from Appliance Repair Crew Inc. was excellent. Prompt response A and highly professional We have had him repair several fridges prior to the oven. He does not push repair and sometimes guided us to replace an old fridge rather than repair.

We thought Harsh was outstanding in every way. He explained clearly what he was doing and there was no cutting of corners. Any questions we had were answered satisfactorily. Also noted was his agreeable manner. Altogether a very positive experience.

Above and beyond

St. Catharines

The serviceman was quick in diagnosing the problem , showed me the defective part and quickly serviced and repaired the fridge . As he didn't have the correct model fan a substitute was installed until the part could be sourced . He then came and installed the correct part . Exemplary service .

Hardik was super responsive throughout the entire process. He came over, properly diagnosed the problem on my Samsung washer, came back with the special order part in 3 days, and I was back in business! This company is a model for how in-home appliance service should be done. Look no further!!

We had a problem with a periodic leak from the bottom of our GE fridge. Alex was able to inspect every aspect of the leak, identify the problem, and fix it. Through it all he was very professional and courteous and cleaned up nicely after the work was completed. I would recommend using Alex for anyone with issues with their appliances.
