Elite Appliance Service - Ottawa

I hired a different company originally to service the refrigerator in my Ottawa rental property as the refrigerator as it wasn't cooling properly. After three visits by the previous company and over $500.00 spent they couldn't repair my refrigerator, my tenants were very frustrated and lost a lot of food which I had to cover for my tenant! I called the manufacturer of my appliance and found out the company I had originally hired to repair my refrigerator wasn't even trained or authorized by the manufacturer to repair my fridge!

The manufacturer recommended I contact Elite Appliance Service as they are their preferred authorized servicer in the Ottawa area. I contacted Elite Appliance and wow! They booked my call for the next morning, the Technician arrived and realized the other appliance repair company had installed the wrong parts and actually broke another part. The Elite Technician showed me the issues he found and walked me through every step of the repair. The refrigerator is fixed, my tenants are happy and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Elite Appliance!
