Dan came promptly to quote this job for me, he was very helpful and answered all our requests for custom work. He guided us through the process of selecting which quartz product to go with. We visited two suppliers that he recommended and found what we wanted, and the whole process was well planned and happened quickly once we gave the go ahead. He let us take our time and didnt pressure us one way or another. One week after selecting the quartz, his installation crew were here, installing the countertops. They had to return a day later to finalize all the backsplashes, window sill and corner shelf.it was a tricky job, but the installer, John and his assistant, showed their expertise and experience. We are very happy with the job, and recommend Dan and his crew for being so professional and easy to deal with. He made the whole process easy, as it can be a little intimidating at first. I was also there to assist in any issues with removal of old counters etc, wall preparation etc.

Dan, I would like to thank you for the amazing service and communication. Your team installed a beautiful kitchen from countertops to cabinets. My whole family is in shock with how beautiful it looks!

After requesting quotations with my specific measurements from several companies, Steven was the only one to get back to me immediately and come out to see my job to provide an exact quotation based on his professional analysis of my counter specs. Sure, the other companies texted or emailed me at some point, but I can appreciate the personal attention, and gave the job to Steven right away. He provided many options and had the perfect choice for me. After only a few days, the installation techs came in, put everything together and were done so quickly. We did our kitchen and living room with IG&S and I am absolutely loving it. The service was great and staff explained various options for us to choose right at the beginning. They have shops at the back which made our process so much faster. Would recommend this and will definitely come back for my basement reno!
