I reached out to Patrick yesterday morning with a leak issue in my kitchen. Because I work from home I had a certain time window that I could have someone come to look at it. He was super accommodating and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue within no time at all and show me what had happened to help me understand as well. I really appreciate his quick response and expertise! He also came masked up in respect to Covid which was really nice to see! Thanks so much Patrick!
