We had the best experience working Stefan and his team!! Stefan was patience with us as we changed our plans, waiting on product deliveries etc. He took the time to discuss our project (more than once) and his response time was fantastic! We love it. Thanks to Stefan and his team for all their hard work.

We are loving our new epoxy garage floor. Stefan and his team addressed cracks in the floor and crumbling around the base, and then applied a beautiful finish. This will prevent damage, allow for easier clean-ups and keep our garage beautiful for years to come.

The workmanship was excellent and the Caribou staff was very professional. I was impressed that they started when they said they would and continued until the job was done. The project was over budget however it was not a fixed price contract so you have to be prepared to pay for the time it takes to complete the work.

Stefan and team provided top notch work and finishes for our basement rehaul with new bathroom addition as well upgrade to our ensuite bathroom. Project took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues with the basement but Stefan was patient and provided guidance on how to rectify. Very patient and great attention to detail. After over two years of getting some quotes from various sized contracting companies, I met with Stefan. During the initial walk through to discuss the basement reno, I felt Stefan really took the time to listen. I knew how I wanted the space to function, and Stefan was able to translate that into real ideas and solutions. I needed that! As I have handy family members, we opted to have Stefan complete the foundational structure of the reno - demo existing past DIY work and doing the subfloor, framing out rooms, drywall etc.

This was my first reno experience and when walls were opened up and the unexpected popped up (inevitable !), Stefan immediately walked me through the issue and various options. I felt I was always able to make informed decisions when it came to how to address the problems (to fit within our budget).

I work from home and the days started with Stefan walking me through what they expected to accomplish that day, and ended with how far they got. I really appreciated being a part of the process.

His team is courteous and respectful of the home - having never done a reno before, I was concerned with how it might be with a crew in my home while I also worked from home. And there were no issues at all!

I opted to purchase the materials as they were required. My limitations with knowledge of materials required very specific, descriptive lists, and there may have been some assumptions of what my base knowledge was initially (which caused some screw ups on my part). Over time, the instructions became as detailed as I needed in order to fulfill the material needs.

For a first time reno experience, it was good!

We needed an extensive renovation of our basement to finish it to make it more functional. Stefan was very helpful every step of the way and he was so patient with us when answering all of our questions.

We really appreciate that he took the ideas and photos we provided and incorporated these ideas into his guidance, and helped us create a renovation that we just love.

As part of the process, we did a few things ourselves, and when our own handywork didn't go well, Stefan was available to us to help keep things moving. We cannot say enough about how great Stefan is. He really cares about his clients and he and his team kept our stress levels and worries low.

I contacted Stefan & Caribou off of a referral. Stefan was prompt in replying and making his way over to come assess the situation, and to give me a quote. Despite my not being able to provide a ton of information, Stefan knew exactly what I needed, and how best to tackle this. We were looking to have our old wall oven replaced - but the size of the old oven was tiny, and our cabinets needed some serious adjustments - especially since the new oven needed a 400lb-capable support!

I had to delay the project, due to some unforeseen circumstances, but Stefan was understanding & was committed to getting me rebooked despite the lengthy (multi-month delay).

He was so committed, even, that he took time out of his non-work hours to come do the project, rather than delay me due to another project taking longer than expected. My wife and I were beyond grateful for this.

Him & Alex did an excellent job - measure twice, cut once, the cuts were perfect, and the installed double wall oven looks excellent.

We needed help with two projects in our home. From beginning to end Stefan and his team communicated well and anticipated our needs for both projects. They completed the work on-time and in-budget. When unexpected decisions came up we were presented with more than one option to ensure our needs were met. We're looking forward to getting Stefan and his team in to complete another project.

I had problem with a toilet on top of a ceramic floor twisting and crooked. CARIBOU answered my request, and corrected the toilet by placing cement and then epoxy using a laser level process to correct.
The process was explained to me and the job was quickly done as not to be inconvenienced by not having a installed toilet. Thank You so much.
