Scott is good at a lot basic skills that you can DIY-paint, dry wall, etc.. Waterproofing however was not up to industry standards. Maybe we expected more since he had good reviews. We learned the hard way but now we know reviews and high ratings don't mean anything--do your due diligence and interview thoroughly.

I'm sorry you are not happy, I did tell you that it is necessary to open up the wall to find where the water leak was coming from, you did not want to do this, I did find a major area the water could get in that should have been repaired long ago. I left you with the information that this could be the area of the problem and if you didnt want to open up the wall you could start with this and you chose not to open up the wall and try repairing the exterior brick joint. I can not help that you didn't want to take my advice and leaving a review like this without discussing it with me is not fair. I hope you have resolved your problem but exterior water leaks can be tricky, but at the end of the day you made the decision not to do a full investication into where the water was coming from. I can only do what I was asked to do.
