Benjamin quoted the job in writing. I had ordered the flooring from a retailer in Niagara region. The floors didn't arrive off the boat for almost 2 months. Needless to say, when they arrived at the docks, Benjamin offered to pick them up and drive them up to Niagara. He and his team had it installed in one week. They had to remove all new carpeting from 2nd level of the home and install the new flooring. He installed engineered hardwood throughout 2 bedrooms, closets, hallways and music studio. It was a big job. Not only did they remove the carpet, they disposed of all garbage as well. Cleaned up every time before they departed for the day, were very mindful of taking off their shoes for the carpeted stairs, and took very few breaks. They have a great work ethic. Benjamin is detailed. He doesn't like minor mistakes. So when a crew member made one, he ripped off the board and made it perfect. He was very mindful to ask me if I was happy at different stages of installation. He has a great disposition. His quote was exactly what he charged. No surprises. I found Benjamin very personable, likeable, honest and a man of his word. In trades, its not always easy to find. I am very happy with the work and wish him and his crew continued success.
