We worked with Alvaro for the renovation of our bathroom. Since the first interaction we had with Alvaro was great. He came to provide an estimate for the project and he took the time to listen to the ideas that we had. His attention to detail was remarkable. Working with Alvaro was a great experience, everyday we would have an update in the work that was being done and asked us if it was ok and if not he was willing to change what could be changed. Alvaro and his team were very respectful of our house. No mess were left at the end of the day and always polite and pleasant. Highly recommended.

We are so happy with this company and the putcome of our new bathroom. They built the space exactly how we imagined it would be. They begam the project promptly within our schedule. They were time focused and ensured they met their goal to have everythung complete. They were comitted to ensure we were happy with the steps they took along the way. Alvaro, Walter and the entire D3 team were professional, communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The project was the renovation of the entire main floor of my house which included a full kitchen update, renovating a 1980s bathroom, increasing the size of a walk-in closet, new flooring and painting. Throughout the process, I was always kept up to date and a part of what was happening. Their experience and expertise showed in their ability to problem solve a variety of unexpected conditions once the renovation was underway. They were helpful in providing design advise, suggestions for sourcing materials and answering any questions along the way. The team that Alvaro and Walter brought were always pleasant and professional. D3 Renovations was one of a few contractors we had come out to quote for 2 bathroom renovations: one for a general update on a 70s style bathroom, the other a complete demolish and remodel of the existing small primary ensuite bathroom and its adjoining walk-through closet to make a walk-in closet with a spacious bathroom. They were not the "least expensive" quote but were the most professional and took the time to really listen to what we wanted and provide helpful suggestions or recommendations that best fit our space and wants. Walter, Alvaro and Beatriz were professional, honest and seemed genuinely excited about the plan. During demolitions, they made a tent in the room to try and contain as much of the dust and debris as possible and tidied up each day. Throughout the project, we were constantly being updated about timelines and schedules. Alvaro would check in regularly about placements, materials and preferences so he could make sure we got exactly what we wanted. If we were on the fence, he provided helpful suggestions. Walter regularly went out of his way to make sure the quality was on point. For example, our bedroom ceiling paint (i.e. not part of the renovation but connected to the closet & bathroom space) had not been touched up probably since the house was built and he noticed that it looked inconsistent with the new spaces and stood out so (after checking with us) he painted it to match. Walter, Alvaro and the team made the experience of renovations - something typically stressful and exhausting - something we were excited for every day. Even our neighbours commented on how nice they were to interact with when they were outside! We were just so overwhelmingly pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness and positive attitude of everyone who came into the space. Even when small things would crop up, they were quick to respond, diligent and thorough in making sure everything was meeting (and exceeding) our expectations. In summary, we would highly recommend D3 Renovations and will be seeking them out again for future projects!

My elderly parent's kitchen was in bad need of a renovation. Walter and Beatriz of D3 Renovations were fantastic! I cannot recommend them high enough, good people who are honest and reliable. Thank you both and your team so much, the kitchen looks terrific.

Vito and Walter were great to work with. Vito cane and gave us a quote which we thought was reasonable and arranged to have the work started shortly after. We are both very happy with our kitchen now that it is finished. I would highly recommend to others

Walter and Vito were very friendly and efficient in providing a quote and setting up a time to do the work. The actual work was done to exacting standards and the shower, I am happy to say, is now ready for our family to use after many years of disuse. They even attached a kickplate to our vanity as a last minute addition at no cost!!! For the amount of work involved, the price was very reasonable and the work place was left in spotless condition. I am already thinking of calling them back for some needed repairs in our main bathroom. Many thanks to D3 Renovations!

Workers fixed a horrible job that someone else did for me and now the closet is beautiful

3D came in and finished our bathroom that another contractor had left half done for 2 years! They finished tiling around the tub/shower, installed the baseboard, secured the vanity, adjusted and covered the fan, uncovered the floor vent, applied caulking where needed and then painted the whole room! We can finally use this bathroom! Thanks 3D
