Beyond thrilled with these professional experts who were on time, a fair quote/price and finished ahead of schedule. My extensive garden and yard was left pristine. Neighbours couldn't believe how reasonable and quick the whole experience was. Will use them again for all things roof related! Did our garage roof 1st, thought they should check if the house roof was ok. It was, unknown to us, in terrible shape! Michael promptly bumped up our job and had his crew expedite our job on the spot. Old fashioned customer service like in olden times- we are grateful we found Tymey in time for the winter rains.

We had a small emergency with our roof that needed immediate attention before a coming rain storm. This company responded immediately to our call, came that same day and repaired the roof on the spot. It was a small job that other companies passed over because it wasn't worth their time/effort. This company recognized our need and did what they could to help. I highly recommend them.

We felt some trepidation about undertaking a roofing project, not really knowing what would be revealed under the old asphalt shingles and having an old house with difficult access. However, Michael’s attitude was positive and reassuring. He and his team were efficient and well organized. The whole project was completed in 3 days at a reasonable cost. We were also happy to support a smaller business and would recommend it to others.

Elderly mom's roof developed a leak, and from 100+km away I was able to easily arrange for Tymey to visit her, inspect and tarp the roof and schedule the new roof. They were very open to our requests to accommodate some of mom's needs, and in fact completed the roof a week earlier than they originally thought. When I was able to visit some weeks later there was ZERO debris in the garden, and the gardeners have never found so much as a nail or piece of shingle. Very happy with their work.

We were very pleased with Tymey roofing to replace our roof. They were cheaper than the competition but provided excellent service. They were working in the middle of the worst heatwave BC has ever experienced, so working conditions were really not optimal. Despite that they exceeded our expectations and got everything done that we agreed upon or more and pretty much on time.

Tymey Roofing, was quick to respond to our request for service, was able to set up a mutually convenient time for checking the problem within days, sent us an estimate to which we agreed, and finished the job within a week. The service provider was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He listened to and answered our questions patiently. He arrived earlier than scheduled to ensure any noise he made would not interfere with a Zoom meeting I had scheduled. We have no hesitation recommending him.
