Stay far away from Euro Choice! They are not an honest company. Their sales team told me to get other quotes before getting their quote for installing windows and then wanted to be the last ones we spoke with. The sales rep compared their quote to the competition and said they could beat them. We explained exactly what we wanted, and he even took the measurements off the competitors quote because he was too lazy to measure himself. We explained we wanted the rebates and loans that were available to us, and he even directed us to the company for our pre and post energy audits, which are requirements for the rebates and loans. After the installation and months after the audit, we found out that an inferior window was installed, and we didn't qualify for either the rebates or loan. The company claims the sales rep did not write the type of window on the contract. There was no indication of any level of energy efficiency on the contract and trusted that what was discussed with the sales rep and what we paid for would have been installed. Euro Choice is taking no responsibility for this and are not responding to the proof we sent that the sales rep knew exactly what we wanted and what we were expecting. We paid what the competition was charging for high energy efficient windows but got an inferior window (not energy efficient in the eyes of the government), lost our rebate and interest free loan.
