Mike is very professional, he showed up on time and patiently listened to the issues/questions we had, then checked what work was required and provided us with quotes.
One of the tasks was to disconnect the waterline to the washer/dryer combo and dishwasher for our new flooring installment, which was very difficult to get done within a reasonable price and time frame.
We agreed to the quote for this task and hired him to do the first job right away. He did it very quickly and even waived the travelling fee.
I would like to commend him for his honesty and professionalism.
