I bought an older bungalow built in the 1960s with a non conventional home structure. I reached out to Arash to help determine if certain walls were structural because I wanted to break it down to create open concept environment.

Arash came TWICE to check to make sure assessment was accurate.

We required a structural assessment of our house. We called Utes. They were polite and courteous. The assessment was scheduled at a convenient time.

We hired Arash to put together some drawings with the intent of updating the layout of our 60-year old home. This included removing load bearing walls to open up the space and adding a powder room and ensuite bathroom. Arash was knowledgeable and available to help answer any of our questions along the way.
