Arash and his team are very professional. I reached out to many architects before choosing arash and found that he had the most knowledge, skill and professionalism for this job. I knew it wouldn't be easy but he honestly made the whole process go very smoothly. He knows all the by laws and understands the whole process of the committee of adjustments. He worked with the planning department and his drawings complied with what they were looking for and we went through at the committee. My fiancé and I cannot thank him enough for his hard work. Right now we are in the process of now getting the permit and I have faith that we will soon hopefully have it and be able to build in a month. Again this would not be possible without arash and his team.

Utes managed to put together mechanical engineering drawings together to help me close out a permit within 48 hours before I closing. This was time sensitive request which they accommodated and nailed first time. Thank you for your professionalism Utes team.
