Booked an appointment with Sonya within the same week, fast turn around times with special order products. At first we designed a custom kitchen and vanities for my custom house, I was in an out the store within 45 minutes max. I found Sonya very impressive and she knew exactly what I wanted. She prepared me before the meeting (bring your tiles, inspirations, floor plans etc). Moreover, the fact I could get Cambria countertops, newform fixtures, large format full porcelain italian slabs all under one roof was very convenient. I found the staff is very well organized and everyone was diligent. From the measurement guy putting plastic covers on his muddy shoes at the job site all the way to the receptionist checking the box before handing me my valves. I spent over 150k at ETET and was very happy with there overall professionalism handling the sale. This company is the gold standard for Kitchen and Bath stores in Oakville.

Make sure you make an appointment at this store, specifically with Sonya. Me and my wife just randomly walked in and we made an appointment with Sonya. Honestly speaking, the best decision ever. Her knowledge for fabrication and install was the main reason we did our Kitchen and countertops with her. She will explain you about the seams and joints with fine detail. There was so many other stores we went to and we didnt know how important the design process was until we met her. She truly is an artist and takes her time. Unreal experience, thank you for delivering on time and giving us an exceptional experience. SO WORTH IT!

My wife and I recently finished our basement, whereas we incorporated a large bar area and 3-piece bathroom into the project. Our experience in working with Sonya was a complete breath of fresh air as she helped us navigate through such a complex process by simplifying it, thus turning it into a rather easy and enjoyable one. She took all the time required to perfect the drawings of our project until we were truly content with the final design and measurements. She is very professional, courteous, and intuitive, which ultimately helped promote an immensely positive experience for us. I am a developer, my designer found this store and it was an exceptional experience. I was finally happy to find everything I needed in one place. They have cambria slabs on display that are large sizes. Usually rhe samples.in other stores are small blocks.

I met with Sonya at the store, we went through the drawings I had and she was able to advise me right down to the handles and hinges. My designer had multiple changes made after the sale and I was amazed that they got them all right first go.

They are also very well in tune with the market and whats in style, and so they were able get things quickly to meet my timeline

Et Et promised me I would get my kitchen before Easter and they delivered on time with top notch quality! They go above and beyond with the details, the fact they do stone as well made the purchase peaceful. The mitre seams were clean, you can tell there installers are experienced. I am a custom home builder and this project was for my personal home. Sonya has an architectural background and helped us out with other mistakes in our house design. She takes her time and I couldnt ask for a better experience.
