Stephen was very thorough with his initial assessment, providing pictures of the chimney damage and easy to understand context. He also provided multiple options with different costs for the repairs which suited our needs. The work done on the chimney looks excellent, and his team was very professional during the work and cleaned the job site full. you wouldn't even have known they were there! job well done.
