Good Job. My fireplace was a mess and they worked hard to bring it to good condition. Used ample drop sheets to cover furniture and flooring. On time and pleasant.
Jowever, Pricing should be transparent.
They should clean up after they finish. The drop sheets and firewood obviously are home owners responsibility because there is still dust in the room. But get the place decently neat.
They also gave good advice to keep up the fireplace maintenance.

Your chimney had not been opened in over 25 years and was stacked to the rim with dusty old wood which you supplied a bag for in order to "save it for future fires" to inspect the chimney. We found interesting newspapers in the Firebox dating as far back as 1994.
We allways clean up after ourselves, leaving the 25+years old wood in your living room was your decision.

Hey Mark we appreciate the quick friendly response. When we walked around the back to check the chimney we noticed the dryer vent was clogged almost shut. Once finished our chimney and gas log cleaning we let Mark and Joslyn know about the clogged vent. We solved 2 issues in one stay. Problem solving is what we do best.
