Knowledgeable and Efficient

Dan and Papa Shy were true to their word every step of the way. They arrived on time, followed all Covid protocols and made sure to show us what was blocking our vent. Dan even ensured the dryer was correctly hooked up (after the last company left it unsafe). They had great customer service protocol and a good sense of humour! Highly recommend them for their service and experience!

Chimney and fireplace cleaning

Recently moved into a "new" house. Called Pro Handy to check out the fireplace and chimney and clean them, as we did not know the conditions left by the previous owner. Dan and Shay were quick to respond, worked cleanly and efficiently. Identified and fixed cracks in bricks, in addition to the chimney cleaning. Lit a fire at the end to ensure we knew all was in working order.

Two thumbs up!

Whitby

Very friendly and professional service. They covered everything with drop cloths to minimize the dust and showed us videos of their work on our fireplace once finished.
I would highly recommend them, we will definitely be contacting them for yearly maintenance.

Gas Fireplace Cleaning

Diligent and friendly service

Dan and his father were pleasant and diligent. They did a great job inspecting and cleaning out our wood-burning fireplace. Covered all of our furniture. Very knowledgeable, pointing out the features of our fireplace and things of potential concern.

Full cleaning of fireplace and chimney

Very clean and they took their time to explain the process and what they were finding as they do the cleaning. They even took time to troubleshoot some issues that wee found.
