Saito & Gasparick Remodeling

We bought a run down house in Penticton moving from Vancouver. We hired Saito and Gasparick Remodel to renovate the whole house. The result was spectacular. They created more space for us adding a master bedroom with a walking closet and an en-suite bathroom. Brand new bathrooms, brand new kitchen, new flooring, and excellent tile work. Installed new windows throughout the house.They did the exterior with beautiful red cedar siding. Also they built a gorgeous shed for us.

Don and Yoshi have done an excellent job building our slat wall, stair support for an open stringer, and our oak handrail. They were consistent, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship.

Don converted our ugly basement into a one bedroom modern rental unit. Beautiful finishes, functionality, and craftsmanship. On time and on budget. We are very satisfied and within 10 months of rent cheque’s we recovered the cost of the transformation.
