Was looking to remove the wall between our kitchen and family room and was referred by our kitchen contractor to speak to Mohammad and Team.
They came in, inspected the wall and called out some concerns they may have and gave me a good idea of what to expect from a cost stand point and final product (size of opening, itemized costing of material and labour).
Overall the job took 3 days (about 19 hours). This is mainly because of store closures (Home Depot) due to the pandemic , any additional hardware that needed to be ordered was only available for pre-order and cut side pick-up. Hence it took a day longer. I’d say, barring that issue, this project would of taken two days. The team was on time and was respectful of the environment.
Price - Mohammad provided me a quote with line items everything which was great. We were able to see where we could save money by getting material ourselves or doing jobs our self such as Painting (which we decided to do). We received 3-4 quotes for the same job and they came in on the lower side. I decided to go with them because they were in our budget and the way they explained their approach on how they will accomplish this project and the material they used, matched with what others also said (but charged way more)
From my experience, I could honestly say I could trust them and felt safe working with them and having them in my house. That’s really tough to find with many contractors these days.
I would call them for any and all future projects and recommend them to my family and friends.
