One of our cameras was detached from the building. SD security had someone out in the same day to secure it back in place. Before leaving, they confirmed it was in working order.

The Front door camera we purchased on our own didnt have a long enough cord. Rhoan was willing to call the visit an initial consultation and not charge us. He advised what additional items we would need to make the installation. He then presented an alternative solution that worked better than what we had purchased on our own accord. His solution was also cheaper, and did not involve any drilling in our home. He also patiently helped us set up the app and showed us how it works. We love the solution. He is knowledgeable, friendly, resourceful and knows what it is to provide excellent customer service. Im glad to provide this recommendation.

I ask about my security camera. Ron advise me to not use the nest and I only needed to use the lorex application.

We moved into a home with an alarm and the owners did not provide us with a master alarm code. We needed the alarm reprogrammed and also decided to make it internet accessible. S&D responded right away to our request and booked us an appointment. They came on time and reprogrammed/upgraded our alarm. We were so happy with their work we hired them to install a camera system we had already purchased. They did a great job, looks professional, set it up for us. Rhoan was very professional corresponding with us and Sheldon was polite, professional and quick during the install. The price was fair for the work involved. Wish more contractors were like these guys!

Rhoan was quick to responded to my telephone call in the morning and set up an appoitment via telephone to connect the cameras remotely just hours later. He did the fix to my desktop computer via Team Viewer and on my cell phone with his instructions to me.

He was very tech savy, polite and very patient in explaining what I had to do. He had to work on a number of scenarios to access the cameras and set it up so I wouldn't have to have this done again if the network provider was changed.
