The owner Paul had one assistant and they completed the work at an exceptional level. I requested and received an accurate quote by email very quickly. It was easy to set up an appointment. They were on time. Paul was friendly and provided information about the status of our roof, windows, and gutters. I would highly recommend.

Coastal Shores did an excellent job of my windows - both inside and outside. On the inside they wiped down the sills and left my windows sparkling clean. I was very happy with their work.

From first contact to finished job Coastal Shores provided exemplary service. Communication was super with a prompt visit to scope the task for a cost quotation which was substantially below comparable offers from two other well rated providers. Paul offered of a prompt date for the work and arrived exactly at the appointed time. Then WOW did he ever work hard doing a over-the-top job! He clearly hates dirty windows as he even cleaned several that I had told him to leave out of scope for the original cost quote. He then executed an unanticipatedly nasty gutter cleaning challenge. I immediately signed up for perpetual twice annual service from Paul.

Paul was on time, personable, and did a thorough job of power washing my driveway and a very dirty lower patio with concrete tiles. He worked hard all day and showed consideration for my tenant. He also made sure I was happy with the job, and was very flexible with payment choices. I for sure will use Coastal Shores Window cleaning again.

Paul did an outstanding job cleaning our leaded glass windows and storm windows. It’s a tricky job getting all of the individual panes and the glass is quite delicate, but Paul took great care and was very detailed. The results are excellent. Would absolutely recommend!

Coastal Shores Window Cleaning was amazing! Not only did Paul clean the gutters out properly. He went above and beyond. He reattached the broken downspout, caulking was done on a few leaking sections AND he cleaned the outside of them! They were green from the algae and they are now white and looking new again! Thank you!! You have a permanent client here!

As I mentioned to you guys when we designed this place we thought about how all those high windows looked, but not how somebody would clean them. Unlike others who have tried those same windows without much success, you guys killed it.
Next home we'll try and make them a little easier to get at.
