BayPath Inc. (Kitec Replacement)

We decided it was time for us to replace the kitec plumbing at our townhouse. We were doing our research and we found Nima from BayPath. He provided us with the entire engineer drawing of our plumbing based on the unit floor plan. He helped us deal with the city permit and provided us with a list of certified plumbers to complete the job. After the kitec plumbing was replaced, he came to the unit for inspection to ensure everything was done correctly and provided the result back to the city. I would recommend BayPath to anyone who is seeking help on any plumbing project.

Found Nima and Baypath through my building's list of trades. Used them for a floor replacement, full repainting, some demo work, and baseboard replacement. Nima and his crew booked the job on a very tight timeline, provided a detailed estimate, and then completed the job on time and at estimated cost. I met with Nima and his crew the first day and then was totally hands off — Nima checked in regularly and sent me updates via email. The work was thorough and they did an incredible job. They also cleaned up all work areas and disposed of all materials when they were done. I have no complaints. Will continue to use them in the future and I recommend them without reservations. Also, Nima has a PhD in engineering so you can be sure your project is in good hands!!
