Jayousco

My wife and I are happy to provide this recommendation for Jayousco! In January 2022, we did major upgrades to our condo before selling it. The bathrooms and kitchen were decades old and looking beyond dated.

Thanks to a personal reference, we contracted Moe, Jayousco’s owner, to demolish and rebuild the 2 bathrooms, reno the kitchen ceiling and a glass-covered pillar. The team demolished our two bathrooms, and totally retiled both, turning one of them into a gorgeous walk-in shower. They also did a great job renovating the kitchen ceiling and pillar. The workmanship was skilled, and the final product outstanding, and on schedule.

We were also very satisfied with the team’s professionalism. Moe was always polite and generous with advice on our ideas and materials we purchased, helping us save on supply costs. He gave us a fully priced quote, worked closely with us on all key decisions and changes. Great customer service!

My wife and I were very happy with the final reno product. Our renovated condo looked transformed and sold far above our asking price and we’ve no doubt that Jayousco’s excellent craftsmanship was a big part of it. We definitely recommend them!
