I requested a quote to install a short railing in an older home. Matej responded almost immediately and said he could also replace the old outdoor light fixture with a new one. While he was there he fixed a couple of small items as well. He had all the tools required with him and was careful to double and triple check that he was not drilling into any electrical wiring.

He was professional, really pleasant and truly helpful. Opening your door to strangers is sometimes an uneasy experience but we felt safe comfortable that we were in good hands with a trustworthy handyman.

Matej would be first on my list to call for any other carpentry type projects and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

You know, sometimes you wonder why some people are not given proper opportunities to shine. Why is it that we as people put our trust in huge names simply because of reputation brought about by marketing and branding?

Anyways, had a commercial door installed as a favour by Matt, he's exceptionally talented in his craft and knows what to do simply by looking at something, even if he's never done it before — really does have a God-given talent for carpentry. Our old commercial door was giving us way too many issues, especially with drafts, and we just had to get it replaced. There was a huge pitfall when I realized our replacement door was on the wrong side, thankfully Matt made it work, easily, and saved us from having a huge headache about it.
