He is quick, professional and does and excellent job at explaining the issues and what he will do to repair it. He also does a good job at explaining how to prevent it in the future.

Roman responded to work request within just 8 minutes. He sourced the spare part within days over the holidays and immediately came by to repair the dishwasher. Work was completed very quickly. Roman communicated well about timing of appointment and showed up as expected. Provided an assessment on what was needed to repair dryer. We agreed that replacing the motor was not prudent on an 18 year old dryer.

Called another highly rated homestars company. They came for ten minutes and said we needed a part. Few days later said call manufacturer. Never would tell me what part was needed. Called Roman who came out and fixed problem on the spot. No parts needed. Great communication, friendly, and honest. Fridge works great. Highly recommend.
